I was running errands when I noticed a sign 5 minute free chair massage, I figured why not? When we entered we were welcomed and pampered as if we were there to receive a deluxe spa package. First I had a massage, then my daughter had one, it felt great & we promised to return. I came back for another 5 minute chair massage & was welcomed with the same enthusiasm as the first time. Before I left I made an appointment for a full body massage. I am now a regular at Arpi’s Spa. I have never had a massage that left me so mindless.

Customer service is very important to me. I was very unhappy where I was currently being treated for Microdermabrasion & Laser & was looking for a new treatment center. I saw Arpi’s SPA advertised in a local magazine & decided to call. My first impression of Arpi’s SPA was clean, warm & inviting. The staff immediately put all my concerns to rest. I felt like they were really listening, I was finally being heard & treated with respect. I had found a SPA that doesn’t treat people like a factory assembly line. There is plenty of time blocked off for each appointment along with extremely flexible scheduling. (they are willing to adapt to the customers schedule.) The competitive pricing is just an added bonus. I no longer feel like a customer, but a friend.
